You build a nice blog with a lot of fresh & helpful articles but getting some negative comments from readers. Actually negative comments are nothing but there are some blessings for your blog. Negative comments are very helpful too.
Why & how negative comments are helpful
If a blog doesn't receive any types of negative comments then it is not getting larger. I believe that in the world there is nothing without negative side. So if you have a large blog but you are getting only positive comments then it seems the readers are not reading your article properly. They are just commenting for their own benefits. Actually negative comments signify that your blog is growing and becoming bigger. It also indicates that you deserve complete independence to readers.
How we can use these negative comments
We can use these negative comments in many ways. Some negative comments help us to correct our mistakes. If any negative comment indicates any mistake then correct it immediately and reply to the commentator saying thanks. This thing will also help you to build a relationship with your readers and this relationship will encourage your readers to return back and read your articles again. Sometimes you will get some post ideas from negative comments.
Some tips
In reply of negative comments don’t try to be rude or flame the readers. Just thank them for their comments. Rude reply can harm your blog. Besides, it looks very unprofessional. If you flame a commentator then the others will not feel free to comment. As negative comments are helpful, we say above, do not delete them.

Thanks for the tips in replying to negative comments. It is really helpful to bind strong relationship with our readers. As for me, I do take negative comments criticisms as a challenge to make my website effective to readers.
