How to Add "Related Posts" or "You May Also Like" Widget in your Blog

You may have seen that in my blog there is a widget below every post which is showing some of my articles. This widget is called “Related posts” widget. In this post I will teach you how you will add this widget in your blog.

you may also like_related posts

Benefits of this widget

There are several benefits of this widget. First it will attract your visitors to read other posts on your blog. It introduces your posts with your visitors. This widget will also make your blog professional looking and improve your blog design. I have seen many famous bloggers are using this widget.

Which product we should use

There are some sites that provide these types of widget such as Linkwithin, nRelate and so on. But I think you should use nRelate’s widget because they are very user friendly and they also provide advertising through this widget. Don’t worry! You can disable or enable ads anytime.

How to add nRelate widget

nrelate create account
  • Activate your account via the email they have sent to your address.
  • Now login to your account
  • Then click on Install from the navbar
  • Select your Platform (ex. Blogger)
  • Enter your website address
  • Choose where you would like the widget to display on your site and click continue. It’s better to select “Posts only” and click add widget
  • Now click on the badge “Add to blogger” from the lower right. A blogger page will appear. From there, choose your blog and click on “Add widget”.
Add to blogger
  • It will take some times to appear on your blog. Wait two or three hours please.
  • You can customize this widget from your nRelate account. Just go there,  visit “Manage Settings” and customize.
