The first decision to make as a blogger is choosing a blog platform. There are many blog platforms such as Blogger, WordPress, Tumblr, TypePad and so on. But all these platforms are not easy to use or realize. Moreover, some of them are not safe or good. So, it seems a hard task to choose a platform. But if you try to figure out the benefits of those platforms definitely it will be easier to choose your platform. First one is it’s free to use for all. You will need no money for hosting your blog. For that many new bloggers are starting their blog in Blogger. It has some templates which are also free and attractive. It has also some free and helpful widget.

Blogger is run by the search engine giant Google. So it is safe to use because Google isn’t going to cheat with you. Moreover, It‘s rare to find your blogger blog hacked until your Gmail account is safe. In my blogging journey I have never found any server error on my Blogger blog.
Easy to use
The most common benefit is it’s easy to use and this is one of the important reasons for choosing Blogger as your platform. Blogger has a nice interface which is very user friendly and easy to edit. Blogger also has some helpful tools which will help you to design your template. Moreover, Blogger is improving their services day by day. They have already made their platform SEO friendly.

This is also a great benefit. Google indexes the pages of a Blogger blog more quickly as Blogger is their own property. You needn’t to submit your sitemap to Google if your blog is on Blogger. Google will automatically crawl your blog and index your pages. May be you have got a question that why they will do that -- Because Google is conscious about the blogs which have been created from Blogger.
