You will find a blue navigation bar at the top of your blog. It is set by default. If you remove it, it will makes your blogs more professional & clean-looking but no problems if you keep it.You can completely hide it by customizing the HTML/XML codes.

1.Log in to you blogger account.Click on Design of your blog from the dashboard.
