If want to make your blog redirecting to another blog you need to add some Meta Tag in the header section of your blog.Steps to follow
1. Go to Design ~> Edit HTML
2.Search for <head>
3.Copy the below code just below <head> tag.
<meta content="0;url=http://your new URL here" http-equiv="refresh"/>4. Now replace the URL you want to redirect on your new URL here.
5. Replace the 0 with after how many seconds you want to redirect
6.Now Save Template and you will be done.
