Floating back to top is a nice widget for bloggers. This post will help you on how to add a floating back to top icon.Simply follow the word below.
1. Login to blogger dashboard.
2. Click on design of your blog.If you use the new template of blogger you need to go the layout section.
3. Click on Add a Gadget and choose HTML/JavaScript.

4.Now save your gadget. You can change the red part with your own URL of your photo.
