To start blogging you need a blogger account.But to make a account in www.blogger.com you need a gmail account.It is so easy.You can make it from www.gmail.com.Now you have to make a blogger account in www.blogger.com.After completing your blogger account and sign in. When you sign in you see the following page.Click on the photo to enlarge it.
Complete your profile.To create your blog click on Create a Blog on the middle right.
After clicking on create blog you will see the following page.Fill all the gaps of this page as your wish.Put the title of your blog in the blog title gap.Put you blog address or URL in the 2nd gap.Verified the word in the gap and click on continue.
After continuing you can see the following page where you can choose your blog template.You can change your template later, and even customize it with the Template Designer.Then continue.
You will see the completing page.Click on start blogging and your you blog will be create. Start customizing your blog.
